Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized jewelry
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
